Fikelephi is an author, a mentor and a speaker. She has many years of business experience gained through the banking sector. As an extension of her life and career coaching experience, Fikelephi has also trained as a victim of crime advocate, specialising in sexual and domestic gender base violence and abuses. She has written her most sought after book, ‘Against All Odds I Survived!’ which has touched the lives and hearts of many women all around the world. ‘Against All Odds I Survived’ carries a message of hope, restoration, and forgiveness.
Born in Jamaica, Claudette is married with three adult children and two grandchildren. Claudette has developed an interest in health care and is now a retired nurse manager and work part time in a developmental capacity in the NHS. During her christian journey, she have been privileged to serve the church in a variety of ways including work on the local and national Boards of Administration in secretarial, financial and advisory capacities, as a Street Pastor involved in ministry overseas as well as locally, giving leadership to smaller groups. All have helped her to appreciate the correlation between responsibility and accountability.
As a graduate from London School of Theology Claudette is also a trained counsellor who has had several speaking engagements throughout the UK. From her experiences and core values of justice mercy and integrity, Claudette can bring to this role, leadership, managerial, counselling skills, as well as being a significant other in the development of others.

Dr Kem appointment to the board will bring her valuable experience and expertise to benefit AOS’s beneficiaries on projects and programmes. Dr Kem is a Multi-Award Winning Family Doctor, Keynote Speaker, Healthy Lifestyle, Coach and Author who is passionate about teaching people how to prevent and reverse chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, and High Blood Pressure, using Healthy Lifestyle habits, and helping them implement the Lifestyle changes.
Dr. Kem previously worked part-time as an NHS GP (General Practitioner) in London and now works as a Self-employed GP in various locations across the UK, as well as out of her Private Lifestyle Medicine Practice in London’s Harley Street. Dr Kem is also passionate about Empowering Women and has authored the ‘Inspirational Blueprints for Personal Success for Women’ that has transform women’s life for the better.
Dr. Kem is a health and fitness enthusiast and she lives in North London with her son, and enjoys relaxing to smooth jazz, R&B or classical music, a good book or movie and great company.

Colin Jackson BA, Pg. Cert
Director of Operations
Colin as co-founder of AOS has supported the organisation from its inception. He brings a flare of stability that sustains its operations to date. Colin holds a degree in African and Development studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). He also studied Development, Administration and Planning, at a Post Graduate level at the University College London (UCL).
He has worked on African based development projects and has development workshop knowledge with the consultancy of the Development Planning Unit (DPU), part of The Bartlett: UCL’s global faculty of the built environment at London, UK. Colin also works with a Healthcare NHS Trust in the disbursement of Health & Local Authority budgets and data management. He was also elected for a Credit Union; where he briefly performed duties as a member of the Credit Committee.
A avid reader and writer, Colin also is a dedicated husband and a loving father of seven purpose driven children. As well as a keen member of his church.
Business Support Manager
Vivian background is in marketing. Her roles within Against All Odds include Business Support/PA and Protocol. By divine connection, Vivian has been mentor by Fikelephi since late 2013 and her wonderful program with her personal touch methods has impacted positively. It made her decide to become a part of this awesome Charity.
She is an Ambassador of Against All Odds Still Standing, UK and also a member of the management team. Vivian is married with four children and a home maker. Also she serves as one of leader in her local church.
Protocol & Partner’s Manager
Sukaena is head of Protocol team, which encompasses her role of Ambassadors and recruiting Partners for Against All Odds Still Standing. In addition, she is an active member within Team AOS for events consisting of MC, Stage management and Ushering.
Her work background was within the Education sector. However, she have been a stay at home mum caring for five champions, Josiah, Isaac, Micah, Zachariah and recently baby Emmanuella, also not forgetting her loving husband Shane.
Sukaena is very pleased to be mentored by Fikelephi Jackson and was inspired to join the team.

Emily Chiuta Mapfuwa
Emily is a Human Rights Lawyer with an interest in Child rights and Women’s rights. She practices in international law on child rights within African States. Emily is also a Theologian with qualifications from Oral Roberts University. She currently serves as Director of Voice of the African child, an NGO that supports African orphan and vulnerable children; including enforcing their rights under the African child and welfare rights charter. When she is not doing NGO work Emily runs a consultancy that advises the corporate world on employee law and industrial diseases law.
Malawi Management Team
Mr. Jephter Calckins Mwanza is a well known Advocacy and Social Accountability Specialist and Rural Development Practitioner in Malawi. He has an impressive record in advocating for health, education, water and development rights of the underprivileged people in Malawi. Some of his greatest achievements include influencing high level government and district council decisions in areas of Farm Input Subsidy Programme, Water Services management, management of decentralized funding mechanisms such as the Local Development Fund, the health sector including the HIV, HIV Testing and Counseling (HTC) and Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) sub-sectors and Community Savings activities.
He works as Programme Manager for the Kalondolondo (Community Based Monitoring) Programme, a programme that works with 45 Local organizations that assess the delivery of services in Health (including HIV, HTC, PMTCT, ART), Agriculture, Education and Water & Sanitation Sectors. He has also worked as Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the European Union Microprojects programme, Development Economist for the European Union Delegation to Malawi, Lecturer in Research Methods, Monitoring and Evaluation at the Natural Resources College and as Consultant at MODA consultants. He has done consultancy work for reputable organizations such as the UNICEF, FAO, USAID, National AIDS Commission, Family Health International, Plan Malawi, MASAF, EU and GTZ. He has also worked as Local Consultant with some reputable international consultancy firms such as US Based Aguirre International. He has a Masters Degree in Agricultural Economics, from Centre National D’études Agronomiques pour Des Pays Chaudes (Montpellier, France). He has 11 years working experience. Mr Mwanza is Operations Manager for Against All Odds Malawi.
Moses D. Busher
Deputy Operations Manager
Moses is an Ambassador, a Malawian by nationality, a child and youth rights expert, as well as legal expert. The Country Coordinator for Organisation of African Youth, The Founder and Chairperson of Centre for Children’s Affairs Malawi and Country Coordinator for Voice of Africa’s Future Campaign. Mr Moses Busher is a Child Rights activist and advocate who currently works as National Coordinator for the Centre for Children’s Affairs. He possesses a Diploma in Business Management and Administration, Diploma in Youth Development, Guidance and Counselling and a Diploma in Human Rights.
He also holds positions of prominence at district and national levels including Chairperson of Chikwawa Child Labour Protection Committee, Chairperson of Chikwawa District Education Network and is Committee Member of the Alcohol Policy Alliance. Mr Busher has vast experience in overall rural development, human rights and advocacy issues, fund raising, service delivery and its institutionalization processes. He has a lot of experience implementing partnership projects and has worked with DFID, Plan International, National AIDS Commission, GIZ, and UNICEF among others. Mr Busher is also the Deputy Operations Manager for Against All Odds Malawi.
Winston Mwale is a London School of Journalism-trained Malawian award-winning journalist, who has covered stories in his native country as well as abroad.
Although he covers various beats, Winston is passionate about human rights, education, and water, sanitation and hygiene beats.
Brenda is a holder of a Certificate in Design and Tailoring. She is currently combining Christian Ministry with Wedding Planning and Events Management. Brenda has also worked as Project Officer at the Musicians Association of Malawi, as Administrative Assistant for the Southern Bottlers Malawi and also had a stint of one year as Anti-Domestic Violence Interventions. Brenda is also a popular gospel musician in Malawi. She is Administrator for the Against All Odds Malawi.

SUKOLUHLE Moyo Mackenzie
Sukoluhle (Suko), for short is mother of three lovely children, two girls and one boy. A Christian and children‘s teacher in her home church, that includes teenagers. Suko have worked with the elderly, children & teenagers. She is an ambassador for Against All Odds Still Standing. Have done marketing with World Ventures. Currently support three different charities since 2001 namely, two elderly people’s home Male & Female & one orphanage, all in Africa.
Also Suko is a dance & drama coach. Very passionate about the girl child, mainly due to an experience she went through as a child. Suko’s dream/goal is to raise awareness on child abuse in every way, emotionally, physically and in other ways. She aims to be a voice to the voiceless & hope to the hopeless while encouraging victims to speak out and offer help in whatever way she can. Suko believe it is every child’s right to get education for a better future.

Bonga Dlali is a Potential Unlocker, Leadership Mentor, Transformational Speaker, Life Coach, Social Entrepreneur, Human Rights and Youth advocate. He has spent the past ten years researching and studying the fields of Personal and Leadership Development. He is passionate about God’s Transforming Kingdom and continues to mentor and inspire a growing number of young leaders to evolve into Change Makers with deeper spirituality, integrity and compassion.
